DIRECTIONS TO ACTIVATE:
1. Shake contents to bottom of bag and LOCATE inner pouch.
2. Hold away from yourself and others, use both hands and squeeze firmly to BREAK inner pouch.
3. SHAKE vigorously for at least 30 seconds to mix contents,
4. WRAP or cover cold pack with towel or other protective material.
5. APPLY to injured area.
6. After use, DISPOSE of cold pack - do not reuse.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY - Do not apply directly to the skin! Provide a barrier between the cold pack and the patient. Wrap or cover cold pack with towel or other protective material. Supervise use on patient.
FOR SINGLE USE ONLY - CAUTION: Do not resue this by freezing. This would result in frostbite resembling chemical burn.
WARNING: Contains Urea and Ammonium Chloride. If accidentally punctured and solution comes in contact with eyes, skin or open wounds, flush area with water for 15 minutes. If swallowed, rinse mouth and drink plenty of water. Seek medical attention if necessary.
