Numerous insoles are available through out the market but e-thotics insole is a class above the rest and it is designed by Podiatrists with the patient in mind. Podiatry is a branch of medicine devoted to the study, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower leg.

Though e-thotics insole is not available in our store but still it is worth mentioning, choosing the right insole could be very technique and for that reason we recommend to see a podiatrist and e-thotics insole is only available in major Podiatry center in Singapore.

MuellerKOLD is a quality cold pack activates instantly when squeezed. Needs no refrigration. Single use and easily disposable. Is a great product to have if you are involve in activities such as sports, camping, hiking or any outdoor activities. Is also a common item found inside the first-aid kit.

DIRECTIONS TO ACTIVATE:
1. Shake contents to bottom of bag and LOCATE inner pouch.
2. Hold away from yourself and others, use both hands and squeeze firmly to BREAK inner pouch.
3. SHAKE vigorously for at least 30 seconds to mix contents,
4. WRAP or cover cold pack with towel or other protective material.
5. APPLY to injured area.
6. After use, DISPOSE of cold pack - do not reuse.

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY - Do not apply directly to the skin! Provide a barrier between the cold pack and the patient. Wrap or cover cold pack with towel or other protective material. Supervise use on patient.
FOR SINGLE USE ONLY - CAUTION: Do not resue this by freezing. This would result in frostbite resembling chemical burn.
